Sugar Free Candied Pecans

These pecans are very addictive! They are so so so good! It’s a good thing they are easy to make, because you will definitely want to make them again!

You will never guess (nor would anyone else) that they are sugar free! Barry kept stealing them while I was trying to take a picture- and he’s not even much of a sweet eater.

Candied Sugar Free Pecans

  • 4 cups shelled pecans
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream (water will do in a pinch)
  • 1/2 c Truvia brown sugar
  • 1 c Splenda or Stevia (not the packets)

Mix vanilla, whipping cream, and 1/2 cup of each of the sugars (reserve 1/2 c Splenda for later)- in a pot and stir till dissolved. Add in pecans, and stir for a few minutes. Remove from heat and let cool for a few minutes. Put remaining 1/2 c Splenda in bowl and stir pecans in until we’ll coated. Lay on baking sheet and bake on 300 for about 10 minutes. Break up and store in airtight container.

Enjoy!

Looks good already!
