Here is the recipe for the homemade pimento cheese I make. I do not like store-bought pimento cheese at all, homemade is a whole other thing…trust me! You can eat it on a sandwich, on crackers, or even a grilled pimento cheese sandwich-YUM

Pimento Cheese

3 C sharp cheddar cheese (not the fine shred)
1 block cream cheese (softened)
4 oz jar pimentos
1/2 c mayonnaise
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder

Mix with mixer (or by hand if you are too lazy to get the mixer out – like usual me).
