
This is a super easy & fail proof method for baking sweet potatoes!
They come out perfectly soft.
You can literally pull the skin off after they bake, or just flip & eat!

1. Preheat oven to 400°.
2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
3. Cut the potatoes in half lengthwise.
4. Coat the potatoes with oil or butter.
5. Bake for 30-40 minutes!
