It’s a little late for spring cleaning, but the way this year has gone, I feel like it’s probably ok!  This month’s scripture writing list can serve as a sort of spring cleaning in the life of a Christian.  It’s something we should do regularly so we don’t get off track from where the Lord would have us to be.  We need to stay lined up to God’s Word.

Too often as Christians, we try to stay close to the Lord by following guidelines set by others.  This is not always a bad idea, but we should know for ourselves why we are doing the things that we do. We should also know we are not doing the things that we don’t do.  We should be basing our convictions on God’s Word only.

Another part of knowing why we do what we do, is because we can use that knowledge to disciple others.  This months scripture writing list is based on some things we should ask ourselves about things that we are doing.  A guideline of sorts to live a life pleasing to the Lord!
