These breakfast sandwiches are perfect for on the go, or just a quick meal in the mornings! You can make them ahead of time and freeze them for up to a month.
I wrap each one separately and just heat it in the microwave for about 1 min 15 seconds.
You can even make them low calorie if you are on weight watchers or another low calorie diet!
I looked up the prices for the ingredients and it cost about $8.15 for the 12 sandwiches.

Ham, Egg, & Cheese Breakfast Sandwiches
2 packs English muffins (12 muffins)
12 slices cheese
12 pieces of Canadian bacon
12 eggs
I cook my eggs in a large (not the regular size) muffin tin. I just spray the cups with cooking spray, break an egg in each cup, bake on 350 till done.

If you don’t have a large muffin tin, you can mix the eggs like scrambled eggs. Bake them in a 9×13 dish and then cut into 12 squares. Alternatively, you can fry them all in a skillet as usual.
Put the egg, Canadian bacon, & cheese on each muffin. Wrap each individually in wax paper or plastic wrap and put in a gallon bag in the freezer.

When you are ready to eat one, just wrap it in a paper towel. Microwave it for 1-1 1/2 minutes, depending on your microwave. Then, ENJOY!

Quick & homemade breakfast for 12 meals- takes only about 30 minutes to prepare ahead of time!
OPTIONS: I prefer provolone cheese but used American cheese for these because that’s what I had in the fridge. Also, you can use cooked bacon, or cooked breakfast sausage patties instead of Canadian bacon as another option!
Let me know if you give it a try!
