I love a good easy soup recipe! This one is really easy and quick. You can also used canned chicken!

Serve with tortilla chips (crushed on top is my favorite way)!

You can also put it in the crockpot.

Cheesy Chicken Taco Soup

2 cans of cannellini beans or navy beans

2 cans shoepeg corn (or yellow & white)

16 oz velveeta (cubed)

3 cooked & chopped chicken breast (or 2 cans chicken)

2 cans cream of chicken soup

1 can Rotel

1 soup can of water

Drain the beans, corn, and chicken if you used canned chicken. Put all ingredients in a pot and cook till the cheese is melted. Stir periodically to keep it from sticking.

Serve with tortilla chips or Fritos!
