I made one of my favorite appetizers (for about 20 years) last week for our ladies Bible study and they did not disappoint…Cheesy Bacon Bites!

Cheesy Bacon Bites

8oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup real bacon pieces
3 green onions, chopped
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 packages refrigerated crescent roll dough

Preheat oven to 375°.

Roll out the crescent roll dough into a long rectangle, pressing seams together.

Mix all of the remaining ingredients together and spread on crescent rolls. Roll up (starting on the longest side) like a cinnamon roll. Slice into about 1/2 inch slices and place on baking sheet.

Bake for about 15 minutes or until golden brown. Best served warm.
