I love symbolism in scripture. I don’t believe there are any words in the bible by accident. I think each are put there for a purpose. This months scripture writing list has to do with stones mentioned in the bible.

Some were used as weapons. Some were used as altars. Some were used to seal graves. This months list covers 30 stones mentioned in scripture. Some will be familiar to you, as they are common Sunday school lessons. There are some that you may not have thought about before.

Praying that this months scripture will enlighten you to some things you may not have noticed in scripture before. Maybe also that the common verses about stones will renew your fire for the lessons in those stories. If you think of any that I’ve left out, please let me know! I’d love to add it to my list!
