This is a great recipe for snickerdoodles! It makes a soft textured cookie with just enough cinnamon.

Snickerdoodles
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 2 cups sugar, divided
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- Preheat oven to 350°. Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt; set aside.
- Cream together butter, and 1 1/2 cups sugar. Mix in eggs till well-blended.
- Add in the flour mixture and mix till dough sticks together.
- In a small bowl, mix cinnamon and remaining 1/2 cup sugar.
- Roll cookie dough up in 1-1 1/2 in balls. Put them in the cinnamon/sugar mixture and coat them.
- Place cookies on ungreased baking sheet & bake 10 minute.
