
This recipe is a very simple jelly recipe that tastes so so good! It is also only 4 simple ingredients!

It makes a great holiday gift AND is beginner canning friendly!

Candy Apple Jelly
4 cups apple juice
1/2 cup red hot candies
1 pkg of fruit pectin
4 1/2 c sugar
Mix the juice, candy, and fruit pectin in a pot and bring to a rolling boil (stirring constantly). Pour in the sugar and bring it back to a boil. Let it boil for 1 minute.
Remove from heat and pour into canning jars and place lids on right away. Mine seal and set with no problems.
I used 12 of the 4 oz jars for this size recipe.
